Learning has no Meaning in the Divine, in Which All is simply known. Yet the Divine’s Will extends to learning, in that It wills that the Happiness Its Children inherited of It be undisturbed, eternal, and forever gaining scope, eternally expanding in the Joy of full creation, eternally open, and wholly limitless in It. This is Its Will. And thus Its Will provides the Means to guarantee that It is done.

The Divine knows only perfect Harmony. Yet Its Children believe they perceive contradictions. Thus they have a need for One Who can correct their mistaken perception, and give them vision that will lead them to where perception is no longer needed.

The Divine does not perceive at all. Yet It gives the Means by which perception is made true and beautiful enough to let the Light of Heaven shine upon it. It is the Divine Who answers what Its Children contradicted, and keeps their Innocence forever safe.

The One the Divine created Who has Power to replace with Peace and Joy the foolish thought that crept into the mind of Its most holy Child fulfills Its Function now. Spirit redirects each lesson you would teach of guilt to one in which forgiveness enters, and returns the guilt to Love, so that the fear is gone. And now guilt cannot enter, for its source has been resolved. As the purpose of the lesson has been changed to Innocence, fear has been brought to Love and disappeared.

These are the Lessons the Divine would have you learn through the Means It gives. Its Will reflects them all, and these Lessons reflect Its loving Kindness to the Children It loves. Each Lesson has a central Thought, which in content is the same in all of them. The form alone changes with different circumstances and events, with different characters and different themes apparent but not real. All of these are the same in fundamental content:

 

“Let me forgive, and I will conceive and perceive this clearly.”

 

It isn’t apparent to the body’s senses and the mind that sends these forth that all distress is merely some form of unforgiveness. Yet that is the content underneath all changing forms of distress. It is this sameness that makes learning sure, because the Lesson of Correction is so simple that It cannot be rejected in the end. No one can hide forever from a truth so very obvious that it appears in countless forms, and yet is recognized as easily in all of them, if one wants only to see the simple lesson there:

 

“Let me forgive, and I will conceive and perceive this clearly.”

 

These are the words the Holy Spirit speaks in all your tribulations, all your pain, and all suffering regardless of its forms. These are the words with which the temptation to mis-project ends, and guilt, resolved, is revered no more. These are the words that rid the mind of fear and end the dream of separation. These are the words by which awakening comes to all the world.

Learn today to say these words when you are tempted to believe that pain is real and that death has become your choice in myriad forms instead of Life. Learn today to say these words when you have understood their Power to release all minds from bondage. These are words that give you Power over all events that seem to have been given power over you. You perceive events rightly when you hold these words in full awareness, and remember that they apply to everything you perceive, as well as to anything any brother or sister perceives amiss.

How can you tell when you are perceiving amiss, or someone else is failing to perceive the lesson there for them to learn? Does pain seem real in the perception? If it does, be sure the true lesson has not yet been learned, and that there remains unforgiveness hiding in the mind that perceives the pain through senses the mind directs. The Divine would not have you suffer thus.

The Divine would have all Its Children who have forgotten who they are remember Its Love, and all the Gifts Its Love brings with It.

You have now embraced your own awakening. And you will succeed in learning the simple Lessons Heaven’s Teacher sets before you so that all pain may disappear, and the Divine may be remembered by all Its Children who have forgotten It.

All things are Lessons the Divine and Its Holy Spirit would have you learn. The Divine would not leave an unforgiving thought without Correction, nor one illusion to seem to hurt Its holy Children in any way. It would ensure their blessed Rest remain untroubled and serene, without a care in an eternal Home that cares for them. And It would have all tears be wiped away, with none remaining yet to be shed, waiting their appointed time to fall. For the Divine has willed that Laughter shall replace each tear, and that Its Children be free again.

Today we will practice an idea that allows you to overcome a thousand seeming obstacles to Peace each day. Let Mercy come to you and be accepted by you the instant you need It. Do not try to hold it off another day, another minute, or another instant. Time was made for your learning and your awakening. Use it today for what its Purpose is. Morning and night devote what time you can to serve its proper aim, and do not let the time be less than meets your deepest need. Give all you can and give a little more, for now we would arise without delay or distraction and go quickly unto our Creator’s House. We have been gone too long, and we would linger here no more.

And as we practice, let us think of all things we set aside in our minds to settle by ourselves, and that therefore have been kept apart from healing. Let us give them all to Spirit, Who knows the Way to perceive them so that they will disappear. Truth is Spirit’s Message, Truth Its Teaching is. Truth’s are the Lessons the Divine and Its Holy Spirit would have us learn.

Each hour spend a little time today, and in the days to come, in practicing the lesson in forgiveness in the form established for the day. And try to give it application to the happenings the hour brought, so that the next one is free of the one before. The chains of time are easily unloosened in this way. Let no hour cast its shadow on the one that follows, and when that one goes let everything that happened in its course go with it. Thus will you remain free, in Peace eternal even in the world of time.

This is the Lesson the Divine and Its Holy Spirit would have you learn: There is a Way to perceive everything that lets each thing be to you another step to Truth and to your awakening and the awakening of the world. To all that speaks of fear, answer thus:

 

“Let me forgive, and I will conceive and perceive this clearly.”

 

To every apprehension, every care, and every form of suffering repeat these selfsame words. And then you hold the Key that opens the Gate of Heaven, and brings the Love of the Divine, our Creator, to Earth at last to raise it up to Heaven. The Divine will take this Final Step Itself. Give it now the little steps It asks you take to It.
